By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Awadah mobile application (“App”) available at awadah.cloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App
- If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent and supervision
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
3. Account Registration and Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
4. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App’s operation
- Use automated systems to access the App without permission
- Impersonate any person or entity
5. Content and Intellectual Property
- Our Content: All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, Islamic reminders, journeys, and tasks, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws
- Your Content: You retain ownership of your reflections and personal data. By using the App, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content to provide and improve our services
- Islamic Content: Quranic verses, Hadith, and other Islamic content are provided for educational and spiritual purposes. We respect the original sources and do not claim ownership of traditional Islamic texts
6. App Features and Services
- Daily Journeys: Structured spiritual growth journeys and tasks are provided for your personal use
- Progress Tracking: Streaks, badges, and progress statistics are displayed for motivation and tracking purposes
- Family Features: Family groups allow sharing progress with family members. You are responsible for who you invite to your family groups
- Notifications: We may send you push notifications for reminders, updates, and important information. You can manage these preferences in your settings
7. Disclaimers
- Religious Content: Islamic content, including Quranic verses, Hadith, and interpretations, is provided for educational and spiritual guidance purposes. We are not responsible for individual interpretations or religious decisions
- No Warranty: The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- Availability: We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or without interruptions
- Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all content
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
9. Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time through the App’s account deletion feature
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms
- Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease
- We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
10. Family Groups
- Family groups are created and managed by users
- Family administrators have authority to add or remove members
- By joining a family, you consent to sharing your progress data with other family members
- We are not responsible for disputes between family members or family group management
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Governing Law
